Parkinsonian tremor (2)

Synchronous coarse tremor involves both upper extremities. At rest, the tremor appears to be symmetrical. It persists with the arms outstretched, but the left side appears to be more prominently involved. The chin is also affected, with a tremor of the same frequency.
