Dystonia and chorea in Huntington disease

This woman with Huntington disease displays severe generalized chorea, right arm dystonia, vocalizations, and gait impairment when first seen. Eight years later, the generalized chorea is less apparent, but she is severely dysarthric and has continual vocalizations and severe dystonic contractures in her right arm.
