Tourette syndrome with complex tics (repetitive somersaults)

This 15-year-old boy was diagnosed at age 5 years with attention deficit disorder and, subsequently, obsessive-compulsive disorder. He developed complex motor tics characterized by falling to the ground and rolling at age 9 years, when complex finger and hand stereotypies were also noted. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
