This 15-year-old girl was filmed in her sixth month of pregnancy. She displays abdominal tics characterized by tonic, isometric contractions of the rectus abdominis accompanied by simple and complex expiratory vocalizations. Soon thereafter, she went into premature labor, which may have been precipitated by her abdominal tics. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph Jankovic.)
