Spinal arachnoid cyst (MRI)

(A) T1-weighted and (B) T2-weighted sagittal views. This particular cyst is intradural and situated dorsal to the spinal cord. It has the same signal intensity as CSF. (Contributed by Dr. Sherman Stein.)
