(The right eyeball has been removed.) Common tendinous origin (A). Optic chiasm (B) with bilateral optic nerves extending from it. Muscular cone extending into orbit (C) top to bottom lateral rectus, superior rectus, medial rectus. (D) Levator palpebrae superioris, (E) superior rectus, (F) inferior rectus.
