Pre-treatment ocular motility in a case of Tolosa-Hunt syndrome

Neuro-ophthalmologic examination prior to treatment shows left palpebral ptosis, exotropia of the primary look of the left eye, and paresis of the third, fourth, and sixth left cranial nerves.
