(A) The initial CT of a patient with a left middle cerebral artery syndrome shows a dense middle cerebral artery sign (arrow). The source (B) and 3D rendering (C) of the CTA confirm the LMCA occlusion (arrows). Angiography before (D) and after (E) thrombectomy documents procedural success.
