(A) Fundus autofluorescence demonstrates U-shape hyper-autofluorescence in the macula, forming a ring around the foveal center. (B) OCT shows parafoveal and perifoveal loss of ellipsoid band. The remaining band can be seen in the central fovea, resulting in flying saucer sign. (C) Humphrey visual field 10-0 shows ring scotoma, corresponding with the parafoveal loss of photoreceptors and RPE. (Contributed by Dr. Nantinee Vilainerun.)
