An ictal EEG discharge in an 8-week-old baby who, at this age, had 3 right-sided hemiclonic seizures mainly involving the face and upper limb. Note the focal onset with left-sided fast spikes of low amplitude and entirely focal localization of the whole discharge. The arrows mark the onset and termination of the seizure.
