Hutchinson’s teeth in congenital syphilis (2)

This image depicts the dentition of a congenital syphilis patient, who due to this disease went on to develop what are known as Hutchinson’s teeth, in which case the teeth are widely spaced, and the bite surfaces of the incisors are notched.
