Congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus presenting as osmotic demyelination syndrome in infancy (initial MRI)

Initial MRI on the third hospital day showed multifocal, symmetric lesions within the superior cerebellar peduncle, lateral pons, thalami, and posterior limb of internal capsule on T2-weighted images (T2WI) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI).
