Nonenhanced cranial CT scan (A) demonstrates a large right-sided posterior fossa epidural hematoma, which is compressing the right cerebellar hemisphere and brainstem. Note the absence of the fourth ventricle on this image. A more rostral CT image (B) ventricular dilatation, a finding consistent with obstructive hydrocephalus. (Contributed by Dr. Vincent Traynelis.)
