Garcin's second case of "global unilateral left-sided paralytic syndrome" caused by a sarcoma (1)

Note the tongue deviation to the left (left hypoglossal palsy) and the asymmetry of the palpebral fissures and nasolabial folds (left peripheral facial palsy). The right eye is not well visualized in this photograph, so no strabismus is shown although the patient was noted to have left abducens paresis. (Contributed by Dr. Douglas Lanska.)
