Neurosarcoidosis: bilateral second cranial nerves

Post contrast fat-saturated T1-coronal imaging shows patchy enhancement along the bilateral second cranial nerves at the base of anterior cranial fossa, more prominent on the left side. Note patchy leptomeningeal enhancement in adjacent frontal lobes. (Contributed by Dr. Gaurang Shah.)
