A 66-year-old woman with hypopituitarism due to Sheehan syndrome more than 30 years earlier after her last delivery was complicated by postpartum hemorrhage. The patient's legs show a complete absence of hair, suggesting that androgen deficiency due to secondary adrenal insufficiency, as well as hypothyroidism and hypogonadism, could be present.
