Enhanced T2-weighted (left) and T1-weighted (right) follow-up scan of 42-year-old woman diagnosed with Balo concentric sclerosis 3 years earlier. This follow-up scan revealed that her Balo concentric sclerosis lesion had transformed into a large non-enhancing area of T2 signal abnormality without rings. No new lesions were identified.
