"Piglet" (or "piglet face") sign of the upper pons in FLAIR MRI sequence (red circle). In the ʺpiglet faceʺ sign, the pons takes on a distinctive resemblance to the snout of a piglet, whereas the internal carotid arteries and the fourth ventricle form, respectively, the eyes and mouth.
