This 72-year-old man with a history of hypothyroidism presented with complaints of blurred vision and chronic swelling of the eyes. He had been treated for 2 months with vasoconstrictors and antibiotic ointment for a presumed chronic conjunctivitis before referral to an eye center. (Contributed by Dr. Mark Duffy.)
