Computed tomography of brain shows a single ring-enhancing lesion representing solitary cysticercus cyst. This 18-year-old patient presented with acute seizures. The lesion resolved spontaneously after 3 months. Albendazole was not given. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
