Intraventricular neurocysticercosis

Brain MRI shows a clearly defined cystic lesion in the posterior horn of the lateral ventricle. MRI also shows moderate hydrocephalus. Year 2017 Clinical Practice Guidelines suggest shunt surgery for hydrocephalus and endoscopic removal if possible. (Contributed by Dr. Ravindra Kumar Garg.)
