Brain MRI shows a large cystic lesion in the left orbit. There is eccentric calcified scolex as well. The patient presented with left-sided complete vision loss. In addition, cerebral cortical neurocysticercosis lesions are also present. Year 2017 Clinical Practice Guidelines suggest surgical removal rather than use of antiparasitic drugs.
