Nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy OCT

OCT of right eye shows edema of the optic disc after nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. To be noticed is a small cup-to-disc ratio of the contralateral eye, which translates into an increased risk of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in that eye.
