(A) CT scan sagittal reconstruction is useful, especially at the cervicothoracic junction to measure the canal encroachment and the bony injury. (B) CT of cervical spine demonstrates the dislocation at C7 and T1 with overriding faces; thin slice axial sections are useful in diagnosis of posterior element fractures.
