Ictal eye and head deviation with concomitant autonomic features in a 7-year-old girl with self-limited epilepsy with autonomic seizures (Panayiotopoulos syndrome). Occipital paroxysms progressively become generalized, more precise, and higher in amplitude in the right occipital region. Paroxysms evolved to a conventional seizure with symptoms characteristic of self-limited epilepsy with autonomic seizures (Panayiotopoulos syndrome). (Contributed by Dr. A Covanis.)
