After ECT, previously delirious patient with stereotypies and behavior typical of catatonia

This 78-year-old woman with multiple system atrophy and no psychiatric history was admitted for fever and delirium due to a urinary infection. Two days after initiation of an antibiotic, she developed stereotypies and a lack of responsiveness. This video shows her back to her baseline after several electroconvulsive treatments.
