Histopathology of a nasal biopsy in a woman with granulomatosis with polyangiitis causing cavernous sinus syndrome and diabetes insipidus (H&E stain, magnification X100). This condition was formerly called Wegener granulomatosis. Vertical arrows show granuloma. Horizontal left-facing arrow: necrosis.
