Moyamoya disease brain imaging

The figure shows brain imaging in a patient with Moyamoya disease. Narrowing of the terminal internal carotid artery and severe stenosis of the bilateral middle cerebral arteries are seen on the CT-angiogram (A) and MR-angiogram (B and C) images.
