This 20-year-old man suffered from right temporal seizures. The axial T2-weighted image (left) reveals a hyperintense right temporal mass that is cortically based. The coronal T1-weighted image with gadolinium (right) shows the mass to have a low-intensity signal without enhancement. (Contributed by Dr. Andrea Wasilewski.)
