Pre- and post-gadolinium-enhanced MR scan from a patient with breast cancer. Due to a severe contrast allergy, the patient did not initially receive gadolinium; however, with aggressive premedication, contrast was ultimately safely administered, revealing multiple metastases not visualized on the noncontrasted scan.
