Pupillary abnormalities

(A) Conjugate gaze in primary position. (B) Anisocoria (seen in uncal herniation ipsilateral to dilated pupil). (C) Rightward gaze deviation (ipsilateral to dysfunctional frontal eye fields). (D) Right internuclear ophthalmoplegia (localizes to ipsilateral medial longitudinal fasciculus). (E) Downward deviation (localizes to mesencephalic tegmentum).
