Cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis in a 21-year-old Indian man
The video demonstrates spastic speech, mild nonsustained gaze-evoked nystagmus, impaired bilateral finger-nose test, spastic-ataxic gait, brisk ankle jerks, and Babinski signs.
