Cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis in a 44-year-old Indian man

The video demonstrates ataxic and spastic speech, square wave jerks, saccadic pursuit, impaired bilateral finger-nose test, dysdiadokokinesia, spastic gait requiring support to walk, brisk deep tendon reflexes in all four limbs with ankle clonus, and bilateral Babinski signs. Xanthomas can be seen over the knee and Achilles tendon. The video was taken after written informed consent for video recording and publication.
