The video demonstrates ataxic and spastic speech, square wave jerks, saccadic pursuit, impaired bilateral finger-nose test, dysdiadokokinesia, spastic gait requiring support to walk, brisk deep tendon reflexes in all four limbs with ankle clonus, and bilateral Babinski signs.
