Moyamoya disease angiographic appearance

A patient in the second decade of life presented with left upper extremity sensory changes and was found to have moyamoya disease. A cerebral catheter angiogram was performed. Anteroposterior (a) and lateral (b) views following right internal carotid artery contrast injection demonstrate Suzuki stage 4 moyamoya vasculature.
