Bilateral coronal synostosis

The stenotic sutures are shown in blue. The skull, especially the anterior cranial fossa, is abnormally short and wide. The orbital rim (red arrows) is swept up and back (harlequin sign). (Contributed by Dr. Sherman Stein.)
