Delirious patient with stereotypies and behavior typical of catatonia

This 78-year-old woman with multiple system atrophy and no psychiatric history was admitted for fever and delirium due to a urinary infection. Two days after initiation of an antibiotic she developed these movements and lack of responsiveness. (Contributed by Dr. Joseph H Friedman.)
