Axial CT (A) and MRI with T2 (B), FLAIR (C), and T1 postcontrast (D) images show prominent ventricles in a patient presenting with the clinical triad of normal pressure hydrocephalus. The FLAIR sequence is sensitive to demonstrating the high signal along the periventricular white matter, which reflects elevated intraventricular pressure. (Contributed by Dr. Gomez-Hassan.)
