Klebsiella Oxytoca meningitis (MRI)

T2 FLAIR imaging (A) with associated focal pachymeningeal and leptomeningeal enhancement on contrast T1-weighted imaging (B). In the early stages, it was mistaken for a subacute infarct. (Contributed by Dr. Lama Abdel Wahed.)
