Toxoplasmosis in an HIV-positive patient (MRI)

(A) T2 FLAIR imaging reveals multiple space-occupying lesions in the cortex and the basal ganglia with surrounding massive vasogenic edema with midline shift, hydrocephalus, and impending herniation.
