(A) 16-year-old boy with several sebaceous nevi, left complex choristoma, profound intellectual disability, and severe refractory epilepsy that caused the right frontal injury observed in the picture. (B) A large sebaceous nevus of the scalp is seen in the left hemicranium, in which no hair grows. (C) A hyperpigmented verrucous nevus in the midline of the neck is seen.
