Bilateral infarcts in the posterior limb of the internal capsule in a patient with Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome
A 48-year-old man with diabetes and hypertension had right-sided hemiplegia 1 year before he developed Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome acutely 2 days before admission.
