A 36-year-old female presented with headaches, left upper and lower extremity clumsiness, and nystagmus. This axial T1-weighted post-contrast image through the posterior fossa demonstrates a minimally enhancing cystic mass in the left cerebellum. A relatively hypointense mass is seen (arrowhead) with a small cystic component centrally. Biopsy of this mass confirmed cerebellar astrocytoma. (Contributed by Dr. Diana Gomez-Hassan.)
