Post-contrast T1-weighted sagittal image shows a ring enhancing nodule (clotted aneurysm on angiogram) with a rim of faint T1-signal border situated superior to it, outlining the acute bleed. Note the flow-voids compatible with hyperdynamic flow. (Contributed by Dr. Gaurang Shah.)
