Face of a woman with hypopituitarism due to Sheehan syndrome

A 66-year-old woman with hypopituitarism due to Sheehan syndrome more than 30 years earlier after her last delivery was complicated by postpartum hemorrhage. She has pale skin but reddish eye mucosa. A marked wrinkling around the eyes and forehead is evident. Dry and weak hair is also partially seen. These findings raised concerns about cortisol and thyroid hormone deficiencies.
