CT scan of an 81-year-old woman who had been diagnosed as having left-sided cervicogenic headache 6 months earlier. CT scan was obtained after the appearance of unsteadiness and dysarthria and disclosed a calcified lesion in the left foramen magnum area compatible with a meningioma (arrowhead).
