Congenitally anomalous optic disc elevation, left eye. Note the moderate to severe obscuration of the optic disc margin in the absence of obscuration of the vasculature. The vascular pattern is anomalous. Also note the absence of hemorrhage or cotton wool spots. (Contributed by Dr. Janet Rucker.)
