Noncontrast axial CT shows hyperdense hemorrhage predominantly in the left lateral and third ventricles (arrows). There are small foci of intraparenchymal hemorrhage in the left frontal lobe, adjacent to the ventricle and anteriorly (arrowhead). The ventricles are dilated, consistent with hydrocephalus.
