Paroxysmal kinesigenic dystonia with axial extension

This young man is normal except when he suddenly stands, which precipitates dystonic extension of the trunk and dystonic posturing of the arms (right greater than left) lasting only seconds. (Contributed by Dr. Mariam Hull.)
