Photomicrograph of normal human cerebellar cortex stained with serum from a patient with breast carcinoma, paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration, and anti-Yo antibodies. The indirect immunoperoxidase technique yields characteristic brown clumped staining of Purkinje cell cytoplasm.
