CT and sagittal MR images showing bilateral chronic subdural hematoma in 70-year-old woman who presented with altered sensorium and right-sided hemiparesis (image left and middle). After hematoma evacuation, the patient did regain consciousness. A repeat CT showed appearance of posterior leukoencephalopathy (right). Patient had electrolyte imbalance.
